Each batch of medication is tested extensively by an accredited independent lab. Patients can also request a Certificate of Analysis, which provides detailed test results for their specific medication.

What support do I get during treatment?

What is the cost of a Zepbound vial?

The cost of Zepbound Vial varies based on the dosage. The pharmacy charges $349 for the 2.5mg dose and $499 for the 5mg dose. If you require a higher dose, please reach out to our support team, and we will provide you with the pharmacy’s pricing for your specific needs. The medication is dispensed through Lilly Direct Pharmacy, and the pricing is set directly by the pharmacy.

If insurance covers your medication, the Zepbound pens may be more convenient. However, if you do not have coverage and are paying out of pocket, the multi-dose vials offer a much more affordable alternative.
